Robert W. Starinsky serves as the senior management consultant and managing principal of TradewindsGroup. As a small management consultancy, you’ll find that unlike our ‘big name’ rivals, we don’t pitch our prospects with the ‘A’ team and send in the ‘B’ team’ to deliver.

Starinsky is a nationally recognized expert on technology-enabled business process change and enterprise systems with over twenty five years of diversified business experience. Besides his consulting activities, Starinsky is a twice-published author (Implementing J. D. Edwards OneWorld, Maximizing Business Performance through Software Packages), an educator (Lecturer, DePaul University) and a public speaker.

Starinsky holds an Associates degree in Marketing and Merchandising (Wilbur Wright College), a Bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior and Personnel (Northwestern University), an MBA in Finance (Dominican University) and a Masters degree in Accounting (DePaul University).
