Although every project differs, generally speaking we complete this task by developing and executing a carefully constructed plan of investigative action that includes gathering and analyzing relevant data, such as financial and operational information. We listen by conducting interviews with key business managers, employees and often times even with some of your customers and suppliers. We watch by observing your business at work; the people, the processes and the systems that go about the daily work of conducting business. Further insight about a given problem is often gained by building and solving graphical and mathematical models.
Our next task is to develop solutions to the problem. In the course of preparing our recommendations, we take into account the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in its industry, its internal organization, its culture and its available resources. We then formally report our findings and recommendations to the client. Finally, we then help our clients implement and optimize the results from these recommendations.
